Text Box: Ask God to show you what to do about your anger. You may want to talk with the person you are angry with by saying something like “When you _____ it makes me feel angry because _______.”
Day 3: Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Romans 12:12

Real joy in life comes from the hope we have when we have God in our lives. Ask for patience when you are going through difficult times. Be faithful in your prayers. Research has shown that persons who are prayed for have a better rate of recovery from many illnesses. Prayer helps us to find God’s will for our lives.

Day 4: Seek first his kingdom – Matthew 6:33
Real happiness comes from putting God first in your life. This comes by having a close personal relationship with God. By having a relationship with God, your relationships with others takes on new meaning.
Day 5: He restores my soul- Psalm 23:3
30% of Americans seek treatment for clinical depression at some point in their lives. You can face the difficult times in your life by asking God to give you fresh strength to face the situation.
Day 6: We reap what we sow – Galatians 6:7
If you think negative, sad thoughts and see your cup as “half empty” you will end up feeling depressed. If you can find the good and look at the bright side of life you can find the joy in life. You can influence the way others treat you by treating them the way you would like to be treated.

Day 2: Be angry but do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger - Ephesians 4:26

Anger is a normal emotion we all experience. Anger can give you the energy to do something about the things that upset you. However, anger becomes sin when we say or do things that hurt others. Many times when we hold on to anger it turns into depression.

Don’t let the sun go down on your anger. Pray about what is making you angry.

Day 7: Love is patient and kind; love is not jealous or boastful; it is not arrogant or rude.  Love does not insist on its own way; it is irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. – 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Love is more than a feeling. There are times when you many not feel very loving towards someone. By putting this kind of love in action your relationships will based on a strong foundation. This is the kind of love that lasts.
